"The staff was incredibly helpful and even stayed late to welcome us after our late flight. The room was spotless and AC was great. The room stayed cold (during the wheat wave!) and comfortable. The bed was also very comfy! You cannot beat the location!!!! Walking distance to everything you could want to see or visit! Would absolutely visit again. "

"Only positive to the stay was the location and the air conditioner. Listing was sold as a ‘Hotel’. It is not a hotel but more of a one floor apartment converted to 3 separate rooms. Walls are extremely thin as you can hear perfect conversations with neighbour, shower had mold all inside the shower and the hair dryer only works for a maximum of 30 seconds before shutting off. Would recommend looking elsewhere in the city for something in this price range"

"We had an amazing stay at CancelleriaDieci. The location was perfect; close to Piazza Navona, restaurants, cafés, and shopping. The apartment was charming, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for accommodations for our trip to Rome and would absolutely stay here again"

"The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."

"Nice hotel with friendly staff! The room we had was incredibly small as we were joining a cruise we had more luggage than if it was a long weekend trip so it wasn’t ideal for us there were awkward stairs to get to the room as well which was hard moving our luggage although they had a little luggage lift for the main stairs. The aircon in our room took forever to cool and it was 39 degrees outside so the room temperature was not comfortable. It was also quite awkward to get to we got an uber and...
