Though they advertise rooms as "soundproof," that is not exactly accurate, as you can hear your upstairs neighbors clearly. "We travel to Rome once a year and have stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. However we only needed a hotel for one night before flying early the next day. Do not believe the pictures online. It was a below average hotel for a 4.5 star hotel. It’s awful!!"
