Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."

"This is a beautiful hotel and we had the pleasure of staying in the Aretha Franklin suite. Such a stunning room with a beautiful view of the Tiber River. Very well stocked with anything we needed. Had a sunset drink at the Alto rooftop bar which is the best spot! Even a couple of locals said it's the most impressive rooftop view and drinks were great! Then had dinner at the Alto Restaurant and again, the views are magnificent and the food was incredible! We will definitely be staying here...
