"Totally overestimated. Outdated room. Towels were worn out. There was a stain and a dead fly on a comforter and I requested to change it. A female employee picked up the dead fly by her fingers and didn’t wash her hand. Gross! "

"The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

"Overall, I had an excellent stay here. I would definitely recommend it. I did have a pool room, which was very nice. Unfortunately, it rained a lot which has nothing to do with the hotel. I used the dining area as well as the bar area, and both were excellent with service. Ran into a couple issues with the morning walk that they advertised, but other than that, it was great experience."

"The spa and the restaurant were particularly wonderful. Front desk was helpful (sometimes a little overly helpful). Pool was wonderful but you needed to go early to avoid a crowd. I was a single traveler but a lot of families were there as well as young couples."
