"Booked at the last minute due to work commitments, attempted to call property but no answer. On arrival, the main door was open, there were numbers to contact. I tried them and finally got through to someone who told me to knock on the owners door - I didn’t have a clue. Luckily a passer by helped. Another family were in the same position, were unable to check in as no one present. Checked in, and was given a key and no instructions re checkout. Upon entering the room, it looked nice. "Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zeit zum einchecken ist mit 14 Uhr angegeben. Musste diesmal fast noch eine Stunde warten bis aufgemacht wurde. War nicht mein erster Aufenthalt dort und werde auch weiterhin dort übernachten."

"Lovely little cottage, had everything we needed for our few days and was very clean. A lovely welcome package was waiting for us and it's a great location for seeing Haworth and the Brontë parsonage. Parking at the old hall was perfect as it was a short walk to the cottage. Though quite a few steps which might be difficult for older people. "

"Property is in such an excellent location right in the heart of the Main Street in Haworth. It is lovely inside and incredibly well equipped, and the owner Michael is so accommodating and welcoming. The property is upstairs above the shop, but it is very quiet and we heard no noise from downstairs. The car park is behind the shop, and there is a cobbled hill to walk up to get to the property. If it’s wet, this can be slippy but it’s a very short walk to go around the front to Main Street...

"A brilliant stay in the fantastic Heather Corner. A comfortable and quiet cottage set in the location of the beautiful Haworth village. Brilliant owners who were very kind with both communication and welcome gift. I was checked with to make sure my stay was going well but otherwise left to enjoy my time. It’s furnished beautifully with intricate details and even quotes on the wall from local history. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine too, everything is thought of for the guest....

"Good parking. Nice views and quiet site. Needed to drive to get to cafe or restaurant - shame it lacked facilities to heat food."

"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"A good value stay, nice room and a good breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only space for 7 petrol cars (plus 2 EVs and 1 disabled space) directly on site. But enough free roadside parking and apparantly some other spaces in a site over the road. We were in the car park on night 1 and on the road on nights 2 & 3."

"It was a great flat. it had everything we would need including eco friendly shampoo and washing up liquid. It was really handy for town and the park. The washing machine worked well and was much appreciated. We managed to get the TV working, and that had loads of stations! Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and smelt fresh. It's hard to tell exactly what places are like because this site always relies on tick boxes. so it didnt seem to mention that the shower was over the bath. Not very...
