"The property is gorgeous but the interior feels old and dusty. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust. The team is very welcoming and the hotel provides an honesty bar and treats for the guests, which was very nice."

"We loved the location, though it's about 1km from the nearest subway station (Rato; frequent buses between the station and the hotel #727 and #706). Lots of neighbourhood small restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Hotel front desk staffed most of the time but it might be a good idea to get an entrance code in advance if arriving late. Our room (rooms: separate bedroom) was spacious. AC worked well. Full sized fridge + freezer. Only negative was that next room's bathroom was located next to...

"Honestly, this will be the only hotel I stay at in Lisbon. They were so lovely. Room was comfy. The roof was so charming. They have so many spaces to work and just unwind. And you're a short walk into santos."

"This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly, information and personable. We had great conversations with them at the lovely quaint bar. We will definitely return!!"

The apartment was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The host was wonderful! The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"Truly exceptional hotel in a perfect location! We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and a river view. The staff was warm, responsive, knowledgeable about what to see and fun to talk to. The TimeOut Market is right across the street - great for food, deserts, even dancing on the two nights we were there. Close to everything in old town and the river. "Really enjoyed the place. Very secure. If you get a room next to the street can be noisy in the morning. Safe can be picked up easily and walked out with. No real bathroom amenities could use nicer towels these were like sandpaper however would stay. If you have any back or leg problems there is no elevator lots of stairs."
