"Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly.

"The room was small but clean. Service was excellent, and the hotel is extremely eco-friendly. Every morning there was a goodie bag left at our door with pastries and waters. This was a very nice touch! We also enjoyed the 24-hour coffee nook.The location is FABULOUS - directly across from the entrance to the Plaza Mayor. The only issue we had was the noise of the water system, which seemed to be right next to us. It was loud when other guests used the shower. I would definitely stay here again....

Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!"
