"Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized."

"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and well located."

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. The welcome mimosa to the surprise delivered snack to our room with wine. Our room was not ready when we arruved, when we came back later to get our keys we found they had already brought our kuggage to the room. Beautiful room with amazing views. The beautifully designed pool and sauna was relaxing Location is ideal. Our room was on the plaza and when you closed the doors the sound completely disappeared. They even...

"Good service, better location!"

"Extremely well located very convenient to stay"

"Great location. Great breakfast."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room"

"We enjoyed our stay with Hotel Preciados. The hotel is located within walking distance from Gran Via, a central location for shopping and food within Madrid. The staff at Hotel Preciados were extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. The room had everything that we needed including shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, and an iron & iron board. One thing to note ; the doors to the bathroom in our room were glass/transparent (this seemed to be common across our hotels in Spain). Also, it...

"Nice"

"Horrible room. It appeared that we were given a handicapped room, but I don’t know for sure. The shower glass was moveable and allowed water to go everywhere. The bathroom door was heavy and the odd door handle made it difficult for a strong man to open. We also did not have a window to the outside. Our window faced an interior courtyard that was enclosed. Horrible room that is unsafe in case of an evacuation emergency. The bathroom counter was very small and will not accommodate 2 people’s...

"Breakfast staff were not pleasant or helpful. All egg dishes came out cold. Hotel room was adequate but not great."

"El personal de staff super educados, ambles y colaboradores en ayudarte..saludos...excelente ubicacion del Hotel, muy limpio y todo muy ordenado."

"No tienen aire acondicionado funcionando apesar del calor que hacía . Hablé con la recepcionista para pedirle un abanico o si podían prender el aire acondicionado porque la temperatura en Madrid estaba con en 80 pero indica que no lo tenían abanicos y el aire una vez lo apagaron no lo pueden prender hasta la época de verano"

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."
