"The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!"

"Our stay was in a 1 bedroom apartment. Check in was fully automated and VERY easy. There is no on-site staff to assist in person but they are very responsive through WhatsApp if you have any questions or needs. (There is also a self-service amenities area in the lobby if you need more coffee supplies, bedding or towels). The room was spacious and well-appointed for the price point. The main entrance is on a very busy pedestrian only street, but we felt safe coming and going at all times. There...

"This is an EXCELLENT deal. Small rooms with very good touches- lots of hooks for hanging, lighting that makes sense, and a coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. I should mention also the soundproofing in the rooms- there's a club across the street and I didn't hear it. They offer luggage storage too. Last thing- I'm stuck of staff asking for 5 star reviews, and no one here did that. This is an actual review by a traveler tired of fake ones"
