"My hotel room had a strong smell of mold, and I discovered what appear to be rat droppings in the room. Additionally, the only parking option available is valet at $42 plus tax. When I asked the front desk about alternative 24-hour parking nearby, I was told they were unaware of any, which was unhelpful. I also want to raise a concern regarding my experience at the front desk. The staff member (bald with glasses) has not been greeting or acknowledging guests of color, including myself, when...

"Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service."

"The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge."

I was okay to excuse the unavailable staff at of check-in, the abrupt $50 deposit, the 40min wait for my room, the rundown condition of the property, the cigar odor, the broken blinds, loud neighbors during quiet hours, or the restroom with a faulty doorknob and heavily damaged shower.
