"We came for my mom’s appointment for her immigration visa and decide to stay in this hotel, it is close to the consulado, clínica médica y huellas. The staff is very friendly, the front desk and the cleaning staff were so nice. I will recommend this place to people who will come in the future to do any immigration process. Thank you Carlos and sorry for giving you a hard time lol, thank you Irvin and the rest of the staff you guys make us feel like home."

"It was a really great hotel and the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and really nice. I enjoyed my stay with them and the driver Isaias was one of the best. On Saturday’s there’s tours and he took us to some great place. Teresa from cleaning was also absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms and any questions we had she answered. I really do recommend this hotel from the food to making it easier for you during your process."
