"The hotel is new and has a great vibe. The ice cream in the room was a delight. The check-in process a bit convoluted but maybe that was due to our late arrival. The rooms are small but have some nice touches. Amenities are limited, are available only in the lobby, and you have to pay for some of them. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ebisu train station which has great route options."

"Great place, just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement in Shibuya. Very modern and spacious for the 5 of us. They provided all the supplies like dishes, utensils and pans if we wanted to stay in and cook. Also, bathroom toiletries and detergent for the washer and dryer. There's a Seven Eleven just downstairs if we needed anything, but also less than a 1 min walk to a Family Mart of Lawsons. "The hotel was two blocks from where my son lives near yoyogipark.I don’t know if I would stay there again. We had a suite which was expensive. It faced the park but the noise level outside from cars, ambulances,motorcycles kept me up all night.The staff was great except one annoying staff at the pool.I let my son and his wife swim after we had spent $140 on a seafood salad and two drinks.Then this staff member started yelling at me .Are they staying here.Well they have to go.The pool was empty...
