"Nice room and pool and super friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent. The traffic in Ubud is crazy. Daily there is a trafficjam😢 But in the hotel you have no note of the traffic."

I’m not gonna lie. The place is old and in need of some love. So if you’re used to brand-new high-end luxurious comfort then this place is NOT for you.
If however you wanna step back in to Bali’s not so distance past an experience a more authentic and traditional Balinese hospitality experience then this place would be a great option.
Very centrally located, it sits away from all the noise and traffic in a lush and peaceful oasis near a cascading creek….and luckily at least on my stay….NO...
"Outside the gates, it was noisy but inside the resort was peaceful and quiet. A sanctuary. Beautifully landscaped with statues, water features, ponds and trees and flowers.
Great restaurants and art gallery, plus live shows with great music and traditional costumes and dancing. "
"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was really well situated in center ubud but still secluded enough from the street. The room was immaculate and the staff super friendly. It was a lovely oasis in town with a magnificent pool. On our last day some noisy guest arrived and we realized that room wasn’t soundproof (just for your info if it’s something that bothers you, but we were perfectly fine with this since the rest was so good)"
"Hosts are a wonderful family. Father and son picked me up from the airport. Daughter cleaned the room every day and brought a delicious breakfast every morning. The mother arranged the stay. All very friendly.

"Wonderful resort within walking distance of downtown and the monkey forest. Restaurant for breakfast was very good. Would stay here again if we return. "
"Beautiful grounds and view. Clean room overall. Good air-con.
In walking distance to Center. Kind staff.
2 good size swimming-pools. Lower pool water very clean.
Higher pool water was dirty, not overflowing, for the 3 days we were there.
Safe box batteries need to be changed regularly. Trouble opening it.
Bathroom dark and it's door not closing.
Balinese style entrance door not closing very well, can let bugs come in.
Breakfast good, basic."
"Loved our stay! It exceeded our expectations. The food on offer was delicious, the afternoon teas were lovely, the staff was very friendly, the room was quite spacious and basically in the middle of the jungle with monkey visitors and all!!

"L'endroit est tout petit, il y a à peine et 10 bungalows. C'est vraiment paradisiaque. Une végétation luxuriante et une très belle piscine. les bungalows sont tout confort et très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Niveau localisation il y a un petit raccourci qui traverse la forêt des singes puisqu'on est juste à côté et qui amène directement au centre ce qui est vraiment très pratique. En tout cas si vous n'aimez pas les singes ça va poser un problème parce qu'il y en a jusque sur...
"This has been one of the most memorable lodging I've ever had. To have an entire 3-story house in the middle of Ubud is something for the books. The rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. I wish we had stayed more!
The staff were also among the best I've ever encountered. Super accommodating and helpful!
Breakfast and In-room dining were spectacular.
Their in-house massage therapists were excellent and quite affordable.
I would definitely come back!!"

It does make the stay special. Close to everything you need to see in Ubud. Breakfast is delicious although its a la cart. Overall is a very nice experience "
