The happy hour, wine and cheese, in the afternoon needs a considerable upgrade and the breakfasts were quite ordinary."

"The Conch house was a treasure to stay at. We loves the staff, the room, the historical preservation, the story of Sam's family and the guests we met. Best of all, we took Mass across the street on Sunday in open air, walked to the beach and the Marina many times. We'll be back. A very Happy Valentine's indeed. "

"No matter how much I wanted (and tried) to like this place, the fact that the staff knew our a/c was broke was extremely disappointing. That room cost us over $800 for one night! The lady that checked us in should have said something, given us options for another room, or even let us decide to go elsewhere. But no, they all kept silent and made us suffer. Do you know how miserable we were the entire night without air? In Key West of all places! It was hot! Very hot!!! We barely got any sleep...

"The staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room on the second floor was spacious and spotless. As we were on the second floor, the coffee maker located just outside our room was very convenient. "

"Perfect location and such quaint accommodations! Most everything we enjoyed during our 3 night stay in Key West was within walking distance. Our 2nd floor room was spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed the wrap around porch outside of our room! We hope to return next year. "

"Lovely garden location walking distance to all sites. Two lovely pools and a nice complimentary light breakfast overlooking one of them. Good coffee! Our room 503 was tiny but fine for an overnight stay. Good shower. Staff was courteous. Appreciate that they don’t charge a resort fee, and that they have a drink vending machine near the pool for water. We paid $12 to park nearby. There is a bike shop on the corner but we didn’t use it. "

"The resort had a very comfortable heated pool with nice grounds, chairs and tables. A staff member was always present offering free water and icee type drinks. Happy hour from 4 to 530 was incredibly generous and good. Rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt very pampered. We would return again for another vacation."
