"Room was nice and large we booked jr suite but the bathroom is very outdated and we looked at the parking lot. Booking said breakfast included which ended at 10:30a got there at 9:30a only had breakfast butter, coffee and cereal nothing else was there"

"This was a nice location. It was next to some restaurants and a hiking trail. The size of the room was more than we expected. A good size kitchen. Water in the fridge. Coffee for the Kerig. The bathroom was also a nice size. There were windows throughout the room which was wonderful for getting fresh air. We had a few complaints though. The walls were paper thin, meaning we could hear our neighbors and their tv as if we were all sitting in the same room. Also the tv in our room did not work and...

"Loved almost everything about this hotel. Very clean, helpful staff, great location downtown near shops and restaurants. Just make sure you request a room that DOES NOT have an adjoining door. We were awakened at 2:00 am by the people next door having sex and then again at 7:00 am while they were up talking. Outside of that, highly recommend this hotel and would def stay again as long as I wasn’t in an adjoining room."

"The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. "This hotel is perfectly located to The Mountain Winery. It is a short 10 minute drive. We stay here when we attend the concerts. The hotel is clean and very nicely decorated. We love the balcony rooms. Located on the Saratoga Creek. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants."
