When I made the reservation, I was not provided with information that there was no elevator. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. "Property is near the Main Street with many activities and restaurants nearby. Good price for what you get. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Only thing is that some of our towels were stained but we worked around that. Good stay for a weekend trip as a couple."

We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. "None of the below is exaggerated: Half of the rooms had no door handles..open and looked like sqatters lived in them..stairwells blocked..pool empty full of trash. Odd smell in room. Room appeared clean but very very outdated 30 yrs old furniture..beds were on rolling casters and pushed around during the night. Bathroom and vanity not stoc stocked..no hand soap in either and only 1 towel. Threshold into bathroom too high, tripped and fell into the tub in the middle of the night. Not up to...

"Pool is very small . Mostly kids in it. Hot tub small as well mostly kids in it. Coffee shop needs to be open later 7to 11 are weird hours had to leave property for coffee after 11 am Maybe a continental breakfast . The game room was so small as well you can’t shoot pool and play video games at the same time. No bar . Really nothing to offer but a room to be honest . We had to leave the property for everything. Not close to the lake at all ."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
