"Room had a few crumbs on a chair. Not a big deal. The staff was friendly and quick checking me in. Food is great at the restaurant but the casino is Smokey. The room and bathroom were comfortable. I would recommend staying but the walk to my room was very long and hard for me."

"Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! "

"The shower does not adequately manage the water flow to stay in the shower. It gets wet on the floor outside the shower. This is very obvious from the mold on the wall."

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola,...

"This place sent a message my credit card was invalid I have receipt. Then accused me of hitting a car in parking lot and said police came. Left a note on car saying come to office about the accident. The guy who owned car would not listen. Then came out 1 hour later as we were packing and talking to police on phone and said oh sorry we checked cameras it was not you. Don't stay here RUN. HORRIBLE CRAP TO WAKE UP TO."
