"We searched all over for great place to stay. The location of this hotel to the trains and to the major tourist area was perfect! It was easy to walk everywhere. Check in and out was super smooth, the people at the front desk were very friendly and always willing to help. Security was great at this hotel as you needed your key card to get to the rooms in each floor which was so nice. The room was quite small but all in Tokyo seem to be. It was perfect for what we needed"

"This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again"

Two things to note though: it’s a Japanese hotel and you have to take your outside shoes off before entering the hotel (everyone must do this); there are lockers, but people should know that. "What a great hotel as a base to explore Tokyo! Based above a family mart, check in was on time at 3pm, the room was clean and large, with 3 large single beds (i am 1.9m and still found the beds large!), clean bathroom and enough space for bags. Lots of laundry rooms on several of the floors and really close to the ginza line. Look forward to staying here again. Only recommendation is a plastic recycling bin in each room."
