"This was our first time in Nags Head! Surf Side hotel did not disappoint. From the moment we checked in we had a great experience. We were celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and her small welcome gift in the room was such a beautiful surprise!! The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs!! There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes.
