"Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. " This hotel is PERFECT for your trip to Hanoi! Me and my wife couldn't be happier! It's perfectly located and it walking distance so pretty much anywhere you want to go! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was beyond amazing. We even got to see and participate in a staffs birthday celebrations which made us feel like we were apart of their family! Breakfast is amazing as well. We also have to give Vivian a bug shout out. She really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing....
