Worst service Ever!!

I didn't get to go on my vacation because you canceled my room! Then o was harrassed by you employees everyday throufh calls and messages! On top of everything, you tried taking money out of my bank account!! I owe you nothing! How can you charge for a canceled room?! I will never book through your company or refer anyone to you!!

This motel is not even open. This is a scam . Not even the same building. I will be returning with the police for fraud. I’ve been try to get my refund for weeks now. It’s not the money it’s the point. I’m a retired police officer and I will file fraud charges

My stay was horrible. The first room we had wasn’t cleaned and messed like urine. There was no tv in the room. We asked to be moved and that room had a tv that didn’t and no remote. There were insects flying around. The party that was with us had to be moved too. The room had no refrigerator. That room also was dirty and smelled too like mold.

Is shelter for homeless ppl no security, garbage all over, no towels no key to get in they took us to our room without a key for 1 day, after that key not working properly, no housemaids we stood 7 days I cleaned myself cause the said no money returned no phone in rooms a.c really loud. Dust still remaining remodel job, I asked to be switched to other room but they said they were completely booked, no tv, toilet was not working, water all over the bathroom floor. No public bathroom out of our room, we reserved cause said resort with pools (not working) no hot tub, No garbage bags I used shopping bags, cigarette buds all over honestly you can have a much better room and pay less money I can’t upload all the pictures :(

Run down hotel, no office to check in, windows boarded up, no functioning pool, no workers, stole my money and had to find somewhere else on the fly.

Absolute the worst hotel ever stayed it. It is so run down it does not look anything like the pictures. All pool were closed and not working. No housekeeping you must take the dirty towels to the front office every day and exchange them. No parking no where close to the hotel you must park two blocks away and walk. We had to wait for over three hours to get toilet tissue and towels when we first got there because there was none in the room. Beds were super hard, no iron or ironing board, tv sitting on a table and not hanging no telephone. Terrible terrible please read all the reviews and DO NOT STAY HERE.
This was laying outside our door for two days.

The worst place in the world . The apartments looks like shitt in my room the ac it wasn’t working the tv same thing .The worst experience in the world is a nasty place I don’t recommend this place at all the maintenance guy Joe is a bitc### the place not even exists the office is hidden.

The hotel sheets were dirty. Ask the staff for a broom I had to go buy one.the pool was not open two days. I was there. It was not told to me. It has great beach access. I would wait about two years before going back if I did do. I left today early because I just felt like I was ready to go home because of the experience. It will be a great hotel in a couple of years, but as of this moment, it is not.

this hotel wasn't even avail when we arrived. i wasn't notified that i would be displaced and the room i was displaced to was not even close to what I paid for. i would like a refund on half of the money spent. i was forced to go over budget due to my accommodations and i was displeased all the way around.

Horrible place elevators did not work no tv or wifi like advertised refrigerator did not work all the pools were green and closed and a week before July 4th? No parking at hotel had to pay for public parking and uber to hotel DO NOT STAY HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SCAM!!!!
