"First room they took us was basic with no balcony then stuff said this is what they have then called someone and took us to 3rd floor gave us crappy room no city view which we clearly paid for room had a mouldy smell floors were cracked and stained "

"A somewhat older property in good repair and possessed of much charming character. Located steps from Wailoaloa beach but without the noise and crowds of the beach clubs. As a family operated hotel the owners are involved in daily operations. The restaurant shows the top local rating on Google Maps. Portions are ample. "

"The staff were excellent. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The wifi was good in the room. The restaurant and bar have a limited menu but the meals were nice, although very big. Airport shuttle was prompt. I will be staying there again."
