"The hotel owner, Ahmed, is a very nice and helpful person. We ended up in Villa Misk after our reservation for a nile cruise from Aswan To Luxor was canceled the night before. So I made a last-minute reservation at Villa Misk and called them right after. Ahmed was very warm and helpful over the phone. "I was very pleased by the way i was treated by the staff of "The Zen wellness resort" to which MGM is affeliated. The staff at Zen are extremely polite, welcoming, helpful, and professional. "Stayed here the night before starting a Nile Cruise. It's an unusual experience-the transfer from the airport eventually puts you in a tuk-tuk to get you there! And we had to take a boat to transfer to our cruise. It feels rustic, but in a good way. Staff very attentive, but not much english speaking. Rooms were simple but comfortable."
