"The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!"

"Had a spacious double room with a kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Valet parking plus a $35 parking fee is the only drawback. No parking for high vehicles."

The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. "They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. "Where do I start? The first room was so dirty, I was able to smear my finger through the sticky cup rings left by the prior occupant. There was still garbage left stuffed behind the cushions, the door lock was broken. I requested a replacement room and was handed another room with broken door locks. The bed looked like someone slept in it. I tried to request another but the person in front of me had bigger issues and there was no rooms left for replacement. I told the house keep, I would...

"Conveniently located near the freeway for easy off and on access. Decent rates and was completely booked due to a baseball tournament. Room was clean and the air conditioning definitely works. The daily breakfast which is included was very good with a nice selection of standard breakfast foods."
