"We loved the location of this property, it was in a clean, safe, corporate neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and places to get a cocktail nearby. The staff was sweet and we used the washer/dryer a lot! We loved how modern it was. The rooms were a great size for 3 people. Check out the restaurants in Tokyo Station too!! "The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient.
