"Unpleasant reception hostess. I felt like i was asking for too much by trying to check in early. I asked about the shuttle and she failed to tell me that I needed to book my shuttle ride and therefore I had to pay for a rideshare to the airport last minute. The bathroom floor was dirty and apparently unswept. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't any water available in the room and no vending or ice machine on my floor. "This is a beautiful newly updated hotel. Quiet and convenient. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the entrance - both Apple Maps and Google Maps gave incorrect directions (likely due to airport construction). Definitely eat at the rooftop restaurant- we watched a beautiful sunset over the Nashville skyline."

"The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up.
Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there...
