"Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so. Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water. Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...

"A small privately owned hotel, good situation for a visit to Saltaire. Many people arrived by train which was a short walk away. The owner was very helpful, even writing us a map to Saltaire."

"Lovely hotel. Parking spaces are very tight particularly if you have a larger car. Unfortunately the fridge in our room didnt work. It was replaced the following day but it did mean some items had to be thrown away. Breakfast was a good replenished buffet. I'd stay here again"
