"This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are super nice with two easy chairs and a side table The bed is very comfortable and they give you plenty of pillows. We had lunch at the Manhattan Deli and it was excellent. There are plenty of bell boys to help with luggage and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our shower wasn’t working and they sent up a maintenance man right away that took care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again "

However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the pool bathroom, which I consider essential areas in any hotel experience. I have photos of the conditions.
