Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. "You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. "The location to the beach was not too far. There was a great breakfast place within walking distance also. The place was clean although the tub and shower could use some updating and the rug could be cleaned. Other than that it was a great vacation as we had an awesome time and have booked again for next year 😎. "
