"This was a neat, classic Route 66 hotel that was fun to experience, however, the room was small and the AC was not turned on yet for the season and it was very hot in our room. We ate dinner at the restaurant and everything was delicious. "

"There was no No one available to check us in after already paying and reserving a room we ended up having to spend more money and getting one at holiday inn "

"De kamer was schoon en ruim. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parkeerplaats was zeer goed. Per kamer was er een bijpassende parkeerplaats met het nummer van de kamer, zo sta je altijd precies voor je eigen kamer. Supermooi authentiek motel met hele leuke, oude originele details. We zaten in kamer 1 en daarom iets meer last van het geluid van de weg waaraan het hotel ligt maar voor de rest een top verblijf."

"Front desk staff was unhelpful. Had to walk up 3 times to get checked in. I have a disability so that was unnecessarily difficult. Food was over priced and the floor was cold and unwelcoming at the casino. Sportsbook was pretty much the same. If you weren't a local you got looks. Room was nice but they put me at the very end of the hall. Again, disabled. Won't be back."

"A.M. staff was not customer-focused and not personable (prep’ing for potential breakfast needs took precedence over serving customers); he was aware of waiting customers, but they (the customers) seemed to be more of a bother and were made to wait while he prep’ed. Hotel price/info seemed to suggest it would have been much nicer; was disappointed and believe it was definitely overpriced (believe the prices should have been more similar to a Motel 6 rather than a Hilton or Fairfield)."

"My stay at the Plaza was excellent. However, I made the regrettable mistake of dining at the restaurant found within the hotel called The Plaza Grill and Tavern where I was treated so poorly that instead of extending my stay for a second night I left early. The Plaza Hotel would do well to completely disassociate itself from the Plaza Grill and Tavern. In fact, I will not return to the Plaza Hotel so long as a certain employee named Brian at the Plaza Grill and Tavern is still employed there....

"Good for one night stay, beds weren’t very comfortable and chair had lots of stains"

"We were welcomed by the nicest woman with a friendly smile. She gave us a lot of information about the area and hotel. Our room was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Our bathroom was very clean, which is so important. Breakfast was delicious and so much to pick from. Best Western was a great choice. Thank you! "
