"one day i asked the room service staff to come back in 5 min since we were on our way out. They never came that day. In the evening I went back to the front counter, her attitude was a kind of indefferent "what you want me to do?" type.
Later a few towels were tied to the room handle. At lease there was a reaction."

"The location was perfect. Unfortunately we ended up in a room with no windows and it was pretty damn , cold and dark. Room was dated, but we knew it was an older hotel. We tried to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. We didn't get our room cleaned, nor new towels. We left after the 2nd night and booked at a different hotel. I was claustrophobic in that room."

"This was our second time staying at Hotel Mazarin and we love everything about it! Staff was excellent, it's walking distant to everything in the French Quarter and Canal street! The room was spacious, smelled good and was cleaned everyday. Noise wasn't bad at all since it's so close to Bourbon street and they turn the large fountain off at a certain time at night so you can rest if your room is facing the large opened courtyard. Breakfast is free and good each day of your stay and it is served...

"This hotel is in a great location, right outside the French Quarter and near the aquarium. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the French Quarter and on Frenchmen Street, where the best jazz clubs are. The hotel is a refurbished antique sugar warehouse. Our room was large, with a high ceiling and several windows. They do not have coffee makers in the room, in spite of photos on the website, but you can always go down to the lobby for coffee. There is a small pool, probably...
