"We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either."

"It’s in a rough area!!!! Wouldn’t bring kids!! There was a gun fired near us the night we stayed down the street and the gas stations have bars over all the glass and papers needing help identifying robbers! If you a women bring a man with you and go with a group of adults! There is no elevator so u will be packing your stuff upstairs, the stairway wasn’t the clean, the rooms were alright, kind of an odd smell but decently clean. My biggest concern was safety! "Not as good as most La Quinta properties I have been to. Reserved King Room weeks before but had none when checking in. Lot of hair in bathroom(not mine). It works in a pinch. "

"The lobby was nice. The room I was in had a poor A/C unit and it was hot in the room all night. In the morning the water in the shower barely got warm. Would not recommend if other places have availability."

"The Staff was great and the Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Our Room was clean as was the common area. Maid service is every 3rd day but they don't give you enough towels and washcloths to shower every day so we had to request more in our 4 day stay. The parking lot has most of the handicap spaces closed off like it's a crime scene. The Bed and seating are good and the furniture is nice. "I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above."
