"The front desk staff was superb, especially Krystal. Unfortunately the room was not. The bathroom sink didn’t drain & the cold water faucet had a trickle so you had to brush with hot water or use the cold water from tub. The toilet would leak water each time you would flush. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom was small and had some wall damage, but mostly clean. Water pressure and temperature was good, but as my daughter puts it "the shower screams"."

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
"Rooftop bar had a beautiful view. Hotel is under construction so very dusty in the lobby but they're trying to keep up with it. Room was good. Never cleaned it and we were there for 3 full days but were able to get fresh towels on the 3rd day."
