"It was our second time to stay there. We just wanted a room to sleep and shower in. We stay out during the day and night until time to bed down. The man behind the counter was borderline rude. At the least he was not courteous nor welcoming. I really place a high value on the greeting and attitude of the staff at the check-in counter and process. They also have a separate document when you check in that they want you to sign in multiple places. It makes you feel like you're buying a...

"The room was clean however if you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared for a light being on in your window all night. Even though there are curtains, you can still see the lights around them. The patio chairs need to be replaced as there are missing parts to the ones that were on our balcony. The hotel could definitely use a refresh. Our hotel phone and some of the outlets didn’t work, but we made do. If you’re just looking for a clean bed to lay your head on, then this is the perfect place."

"The room was clean. The overall facility was dirty and very poorly maintained, in the seating areas, the cushion ms were filthy, luggage carts everywhere, windows at the lobby were dirty and the carpet where breakfast was offered was gross. Breakfast wasn’t that, but just snacks that I didn't even want to touch after seeing how dirty was the place. Old and clean is perfectly fine, but old and filthy and poorly maintained are s not okay. Not coming back ever. Room was very dark as well."

"We liked everything about this property! 2 pools was a great idea. Family area with one pool and the other pool was good for people traveling without children. The family area with fire pit and grill was nice. Our room was big open and very inviting. The bathroom was beautiful with hot water as soon as we turned it on. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean. We will stay here here again. The only thing not very many chairs in room for rainy days."

"I was very displeased with the room because the main reason I rented that room was for the jacuzzi tub and it took over 2 hrs just to fill it up past the jets before I could even use it very displeased about it"

"My husband and I had a great stay! We seen a baby bear and We loved the mountain view! We wish they had chairs on the balcony but wasn’t a big deal would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to gatlinburg!"

"Just adequate. Room was clean, but smelled moldy. Property is dated and off the beaten path. Low volume day we were there. Skeleton staff had to wait for someone to come check us in. Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. "

"It was a very well kept property. The staff were professional and very help when we had a problem with the fridge cutting off. The location was great…right off from the Gatlinburg main strip."
