"The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The room is well appointed and spacious, although the electric blind button only worked sporadically. The room service food was just about ok, it arrived warm, not hot and the rice was undercooked."

"The room was clean, but one of the bathrooms had a smell (it got better over time). The holder on the shower head was also not adjustable due to a missing knot. There are also no toilet brushes, so you have to rely on room service to clean the toilets. Breakfast was good, but could use a bit more variety. Everything else was good."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"I arrived at the hotel.late and the buzzer to enter the building after hours was broken and I had to wait for a guest to leave the building so I could enter.
I requested flat pillows as I'm unable to sleep on high pillows. None were provided and I had the worst sleep and I had an international flight the next morning."
