The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool. We were in close proximity to the Niagara strip and other amenities. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

As a wheelchair user, I appreciated the space but the bathroom wasn’t truly accessible (mirror too high, no grab bars). Mini-fridge leaked and hallway showed a bit of water damage. Overall, quiet, decent value, but accessibility could be improved.
