"I had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, even with the cheapest room option, which honestly surprised me in a good way. The reception service was fantastic — Jay at reception was incredibly helpful, joyful and welcoming, and really made my stay feel easy and stress-free. "The building, staff and amenities where outstanding, we did go for a basic room but it met our need and was comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful I can’t fault them.
