"We were very disappointed over numerous issues. We booked 5his hotel because it had parking and laundry. They did not have laundry or space for us to park even though we booked it in advance. Parking was a 35 minute walk. Our room was never serviced over the 4 days. I had to call daily to get extra towels and to empty garbage. We asked for a taxi to be called for us, and concierge said no. We had to be in lobby to book a taxi. Last night called for room service and told the kitchen was closed....
