"The entire experience at the Summerwood Inn was amazing! We were there for our daughter's graduation in San Luis Obispo, and it was such a peaceful contrast to the graduation hoopla. "I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!"

"The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."

"Property was very quaint, older model redone. All had front porches with table and chairs, very nice touch. Several fire pits, lovely walkways than had flowers blooming, like walking in your own yard. Bed was very comfortable, shower a little small and not handicap accessible, there were also steps down to our room, but nothing we couldn't manage, it is the coast and not always flat. I would definitely stay again, only longer, we were in town for a graduation."

The location is fantastic — conveniently situated right in the heart of town and within walking distance to everything. Having a restaurant and bar on site was an added bonus and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"
