The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards and serviced daily without needing to request housekeeping. Complimentary water is provided, and the hotel takes recycling seriously, which we appreciated. The spa was a standout experience. The staff were highly skilled, professional and clearly very experienced. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm. The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available. If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again."
