"The room a very clean, they are cleaned daily. We stayed 7nights and they always looked like the first day. The staff was great and helpful. They have amenities down stairs in the lobby. Our rooms as cold or hot as we wanted. I had peaceful night. Great location. No laundry available but there was a laundromat two blocks away. Will definitely come back to this hotel."

"The staff at this hotel were fantastic and really were the only reason for the okay score.
I believe the hotel is going through a refurbishment and it really does need it.
We were in a superior family room in a separate building across the car park/front of the hotel which doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. You have to order room service or walk back to the main building for food or drinks.

"Great pod hotel in the city centre. The pods got enough space for you and your bag. Clean pods and the bathrooms where also clean, great showers. I slept great, only thing is that the mattress was a bit to hard for my liking, but that’s my preference. Tube and busses around the corner. Very close to Oxford Street and Leicester Square.
