"This hotel has no reception or staff in house to support you. When I arrived, I realized that I had to check, provided ID and my picture via an app. If you need anything, there was a phone number but no one picked up. The line was always busy. I had no option to text them then waited for their responses. Expedia should have a label for this type of hotel so it would not mislead travellers. The room is not as shown in the pictures.
