"Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"The lobby was beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were efficient and so nice. We stayed in a king room for 2 and while it was a smaller room compared to other hotels I felt it was a nice size for New York City."

"The staff I encountered were very helpful. My stay was overall good, This is my second time staying at this hotel. The only issue is the elevators. I believe there are 5 elevators yet, they take forever to come. There two times that I and others waited over 15 minutes for a elevator to arrive."

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Bathroom was small but amenities like shampoo and lotion were high quality and water pressure was excellent! Staff was super welcoming, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Really enjoyed this stay. Great location, chic clean rooms. Downsides: $75 early check in fee, $50 late checkout fee. Only 1 person at front desk so it can take a bit. But overall with some patience and planning it was great!"

"Perfect stay for a NYC trip, it was very close to everything about 2 ish blocks from time square and a very short walk to broadway. The valet parking was easy to use. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a mini fridge when I booked only a beverage cooler which apparently is not below 40degrees for food safety and there is a sign on it that says it. We didn’t utilize the complementary breakfast but did go in and look and it was nice, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal,...

One elevator was broken so the wait time to go to the lobby reached 8 minutes during busy times (night/mornings).
