"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Not the best hotel for the price point, not worth the $200 I was charged. My room was a handicap accessible room, and I am not handicapped. I felt that room should not have been rented to me. The room had a really bad mildew smell and was not cleaned properly, there was food stuck to the tables, and crumbs in the bed. Amenities were so expensive and the snack area was extremely expensive as well… $8 for a small water bottle… Please. Stay here only if in a pinch and desperately need someone to...
