"Hotels proximity to the city centre and the First Direct Arena was brilliant. Rooms were as you would expect, bathroom was compact. Beds were very comfortable we both sleep really well."

Receptionist pointed me in the direction of the gym but didn’t mention I needed a gym pass from him. He looked disinterested. "

"The hotel is very centrally located which makes it a great spot to stay. However the hotel is tired looking. The lifts are really grubby and need a refresh. the toliets downstairs also need some TLC. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I would stay again for the shear convenience. The beds were basic but comfortable. The pillows are too small and not comfortable. "
