"Beautiful hotel and great service. Need a better way to get to the hotel from the airport. Almost no signage. Found out we had to book a shuttlw. No way to do so from reservation or Expedia."

"The rooms were comfortable and the personnel checking us in were great. The problem we ran into was when we went to the dining room there was not enough people working. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and over an hour to get our food. The two people working were the front desk help, answering phones, taking drink and dinner orders and more.We did not complain as we could see how much they were doing but hopefully this will be remedied for the next guests."

"Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel."

"The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. Still here for another week. "

"Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we...
