"Clean rooms, exactly as described. Had a slight issue upon checking in but was resolved immediately."

"Arrived, expected to be provided room access, called number provided. They did not answer but messaged me to say all room bookings had been cancelled. They offered no reason and they had not notified me of cancellation. I advised I'd travelled a long way to London and their only suggestion was a Travelodge by the nearby Tube station. Unprofessional and highly risky, particularly for solo travellers who may be vulnerable to exploitation in those situations!"

We requested for the apartments to be on the same floor at the time of booking but unfortunately this could not be accommodated. "Clean, new building. Partition between rooms could have been more soundproofed but close to Ealing Broadway for walking and nice neighbourhood. Was more AirBnB than Guesthouse but reasonably priced. "
