"It was well air conditioned and the rooms were clean so the staff did an amazing job in that respect. We were also seen early and taken care of as soon as possible and the staff were very pleasant. However, the lock on the room door was broken so the room couldn’t be locked from the inside. There was also a lack of staff on a night which meant that the access to the bar was very limited. Several guests also reported feeling unwell after eating the complimentary breakfast."

"This is a tiny hotel in the middle of bustling Southall. The rooms are also tiny, with barely enough room to open your suitcase. On the second floor with no elevator, just narrow stairs. But it was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was confortable, and it’s in a fun authentic Indian neighborhood. Not luxurious, but an interesting experience."

"The hotel is okay, staff is good but definitely not worth the price. The carpets are torn, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the bathroom is not in good condition. Also, the room you book is often not the room you get. Very disappointing."

"What a little gem of a hotel. Booked this last minute for a concert at Wembley. Very reasonable price and, although reviews were good, wasn't expecting too much. It blew us away! Staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful, room was wonderful, beds were so comfy and the breakfast was amazing. Lovely little touches too - like a cardboard cutout of Luke Combs for photos before the concert. This is an excellent find and will definuitely use again if we go to a concert at Wembley. "At the Moxy you'll find a lobby and recreational area that invites friends, laughter and fun. There's a Bar and restaurant, too. The rooms are modern, clean, and with lovely air con! The bus to Heathrow is right outside the door! Though, when you arrive, it's on the other side of a busy street. Though there are crosswalks."
