"Convenient if your going to wembly for an event that’s the only good thing about this place I don’t know what the other people are talking about in the reviews about clean and nice but they are lying to you from the floors to the walls and bedding was horrendous was switch from one room to the next only for the same results had to get them to adjust ac at front desk there was no thermostat in my room and when the a/c is off the smell is horrible DONT DO IT RUN!"

"Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!"

"Very disappointing experience.
There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
