"A room with a view, for $1,200. No mini fridge nor microwaves in the rooms. You're going to spend PLENTY of money eating out in New York, and all of your food will go bad overnight with no refrigeration. At this price, that should just be included. Balconies no smoking. Beautiful location tho if you are visiting NYC!!! A jewel indeed, with areas to improve!"

"We’re were very happy with the room size (we had a two double-bed room). The room was very clean. The staff was exceptional…very friendly and helpful. Someone texted me daily to see if we needed anything. The hotel is one half block off of Broadway and walking distance from many theatres. This hotel had a breakfast buffet daily which had your standard hotel chain food and was just ok. It got very crowded late morning so go early for best selection. "

"The staff was amazing! We checked in on Mothers Day and they handed my mother complimentary macarons! The two double suite was a spacious room for NYC, and the bathroom and shower was large also. The rooms, hallway, and lobby was exceptionally clean. The hotel location was also ideal, a couple blocks from the subway and a short walk to Central Park. Being able to grab a coffee and pastry next door each morning was also so convienent to start each day. I cannot say more great things about this...

"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."
